It tells you what you need to know as a Certified Listener, and covers how to listen and talk to others via text. The recordings felt quite genuine and made me feel welcomed as part of the Certified Listeners team.

This training was really insightful. I feel that I learned a lot, and gained skills that I can apply even beyond this training. I do feel the training does a good job to prepare the volunteers to be CLs, however, I wish there were additional contents beyond videos that allow for some more practical learning experiences. I did really enjoy doing the live training, and even quizzes.

The training was very thorough without being overwhelming. I’m hoping that the next cohort has more time practicing on Tawk, but the actual practical session was really helpful as well.

Everything went well in terms of training. I really liked how we were given videos to watch and complete quizzes, I think it effectively tested our understanding. The only issue I had was the format of the videos and how old they were. A few of the videos would not let me rewind or replay unless I closed and opened the tab again. Additionally, the videos I noticed are from 3 years ago and showed how to use the old version of Tawk. The options were the same, but the placement of the icons and ribbon was different in the current version. It was hard to navigate when I was practicing. Aside from that it was engaging but I would consider uploading videos with the updated version of Tawk.
