I enjoyed the process of the training. I did find it a little difficult when starting with tawk.to as the interface seems to have changed somewhat since the videos were created. Other than that, it was a smooth and rewarding experience.

The training needs to be updated a lot of the things should through it was from a couple of years ago. The dashboard for where I’ll be getting chats looks a lot different than in the videos shown to navigate the site. Other than I did like taking this training and found it easy to comprehend for the most part.

Would be good to give the answers to the quizzes after 3 retries of the quizzes so we know what the answers are if we couldn’t get the correct answer. Also, I noticed some spelling mistakes in some parts. The videos were very good and insightful though. Made things very clear.

Certified Listener’s Society training is extremely helpful. You learn so much and in such a learning conducive environment. I would recommend that many people volunteer with this organization. Not only are you doing good for many others, but you’re learning valuable tools that you will use for a lifetime.

The training does its thing in the sense that I feel good and excited about starting. I feel that the course addressed some of the anxieties I had about what the role entails. I appreciate the organization for providing this and feel it will enable my success.

More thought and detail needs to be provided on the types of calls a volunteer can expect provide examples for training purposes. Provide a mock Q& A with caller and volunteer.

This is by far the most comprehensive training I have received for a volunteer experience. It was interesting, current, and multi-sensory. The instructions were clear and concise. I am so glad to be apart of CLS.

The only aspect I found frustrating was when I’ve completed modules, but when I went to view them they showed as not completed. It took some back and forth with customer service to sort this out.

Overall, the process was pretty good. The total amount of hours in training was not too long but was also not short. The only thing I would change is the training on the software, the 20 videos. Because each video was only 1-2 minutes long, I kept having to mark complete and it was repetitive but it was not a problem.
