Overall the information regarding how to deal with callers was straightforward and helpful. Managing the chat system seems a little complex but I am sure it will be easier as time goes on.

I am honestly glad to have taken this step and register to volunteer with the certified listeners’ society. Training went very smoothly, the portal was user friendly and the team was always effective and quick to answer any question I had, and I had quite a few. I am looking forward to the rest of my time with CL and encourage everyone to register to volunteer. You will not regret.

I appreciated how straight forward it was to do the CL training. The system was a bit buggy for me at the end, but folks helped me out when I emailed for assistance.

Fabulous! The Content of Training is of Superior Level. The resources mentioned or Suggested are of tremendous valuable. The Language and the training approach is professional, Crisp and to the point, while educating the limitation that is practical and be practiced. all the other Volunteers at this Certified Listener Society are very helpful.

Lessons 1-12 were very helpful! I learned a lot and enjoyed the content. I think the section on chatroom training (lessons 17-19) could be organized better, as it was confusing for me. For example, I didn’t know where and how to access the practice account for the chatroom so I had to message support, and that took a long time. It would be better to have a clear step-by-step guide, as it seems like there are multiple people involved in creating the lessons for this section and they all had different understanding of how the training is supposed to look like.
