The training was truly an amazing experience. I learnt a lot and have benefitted from the live training session. The best was the role play exercise that made me confident for using the interface. The content is easy to comprehend and there is always help that is easily available. I look forward to put the training to best use and be part of this awesome community.

I just want to say that I’m grateful for the opportunity of this learning experience. I see myself as someone, who not only gives support, but also as someone who people can trust and confide in. Moreso, I have gained some skills and knowledge which will will enable me in the future to support similar clients who will need my services in these line of work. The training course is a comprehensive one i must admit but it’s worth it. I am glad i was able to pull through to end to complete it. I very much enjoyed my experience with the training module for CLS. It was straightforward, organized, and informative. I think it is more than sufficient for a new volunteer to learn how to become a Certified Listener. If I do have any criticisms, it would be that some of the video formats are a little outdated, perhaps slightly unmotivated at times, and occasionally funk in terms of functionalist. However, if those small issues are adjusted, the platform would be close to perfect! Thank you for the wonderful training! I look forward to helping people through this medium!
