It is good material. Some of the videos are extremely interesting. What caught my attention was a careful way that they brought the content and at the same time in a condensed format. The only issue, for me, that perhaps could be reevaluated is the quiz, sometimes it’s just tricky, and doesn’t achieve the matter of knowledge.

This training was really easy to follow, allowed you to work at your own pace, and help is always readily available if you need clarification on something.

Course was interesting. Had problems in lesson 16, spoke to Sarah Jones and she suggested to use Firefox, still no luck, tried another browser and no luck. Copy part of the webpage and put in current browser and made the program work, Sarah said that program would save automatically but it didn’t. Thus had to do the whole lesson again. Other than that things were good.

The process of becoming a certified listener has been very simple but also very valuable. Going through the training and process has taught me many things which I never knew and been of great help to me in growing as a person. I hope to grow even further as I volunteer for certified listeners 🙂
