I think that the majority of the information could be shown in 1 video rather than multiple parts. However, the videos do explain the process well. It would also be helpful to update the video about the tawk dashboard as it has already been updated.

The training and platform were easy to understand and use. It would have been nice to have some of the links from the video presentations available to click on for further research.

The training was very comprehensive and I enjoyed using the platform. Very user friendly. My only comment is that I found there to be a few spelling/grammatical errors in the training content.

Although certain sections of training made the sign-up process frustrating (some of the buttons to go the next page for example were unintuitive, and some of the form pages were faulty), the follow-ups and support provided by certified listeners was all that I could ask for.

I really enjoyed the Certified Listeners training. It was very thorough, easy to follow, and gave me a clear understanding of my role. The modules were well organized and provided useful examples that made the material easier to apply. Overall, I feel prepared and confident to begin supporting callers.
