it was not as comprehensive as the trainings i am used to, however, i previously was trained in crisis/distress services. overall, i feel as though the videos could have been more appealing, and with subtitles for accessibility. video lengths should also be viewable so i know if i have enough time to finish videos that cannot be paused.

I very much enjoyed my experience with the training module for CLS. It was straightforward, organized, and informative. I think it is more than sufficient for a new volunteer to learn how to become a Certified Listener. If I do have any criticisms, it would be that some of the video formats are a little outdated, perhaps slightly unmotivated at times, and occasionally funk in terms of functionalist. However, if those small issues are adjusted, the platform would be close to perfect! Thank you for the wonderful training! I look forward to helping people through this medium!

Although certain sections of training made the sign-up process frustrating (some of the buttons to go the next page for example were unintuitive, and some of the form pages were faulty), the follow-ups and support provided by certified listeners was all that I could ask for.
