These areas could use some updating, more modern-looking presentations maybe with built-in checkpoints like some other training platforms rather than the scenarios where it is a period to reflect with nowhere to output and gain feedback based on how you would handle a situation.

I thought the entire training process was really well done. It made the content both enjoyable and easier to comprehend. I feel that the training has prepared me to be competent and supportive in the volunteer position. I will use some of these lessons throughout my career and life.

The training was very helpful and the videos were informative. I think some of the quizzes could be better if there were a variety of types of questions. I think that would be more engaging and would help the trainee understand their level of understanding better. All in all, it was a fantastic training program that I am thankful to have been able to go through!

The training is very elaborate, providing complete knowledge of the psychological component along with the platform use. The support as the training mentions seems to be really good. I feel valued as a volunteer.
