The training was very helpful and the videos were informative. I think some of the quizzes could be better if there were a variety of types of questions. I think that would be more engaging and would help the trainee understand their level of understanding better. All in all, it was a fantastic training program that I am thankful to have been able to go through!

I was very impressed with the degree of training provided. The information provided was very extensive and I felt that I gained a lot of knowledge and a desire to pursue further study in the areas described.

The training program had several technical issues, particularly with videos 18.b and 18.c, which were not functioning. There was also a technical difficulty uploading the required documents where once I submitted my papers, the platform would not let me proceed to the next step. Luckily, I was able to reach out to the training department who fixed it for me. The content is outdated and does not reflect the current outlook of the Tawk.to platform. I would advise updating the materials and ensuring all videos are operational for a more effective learning experience.

Excellent content training especially on the active listening and mental health. The training on the software was rather quick and not always easy to follow. Although I did have some challenges with some glitches in the training, the response was incredibly fast and the follow up was efficient and friendly. I would love a training that is allows engagement with the trainer and hearing the trainer and the ability to ask questions as we move along. This may be the case on the next training before being certified and taking calls . There is an opportunity for greater clarity on the expectations as the initial guide that was received did not indicate that all training must be completed while being considered rather the message was that you can do the training even if you don’t get accepted. Overall the training was very good and prepares you well for the role.

I have only two suggestions for future training purposes. One would be to review all the training content and ensure that any spelling errors and syntax errors are corrected; second would be to make the quizzes slightly longer (more than 5 questions) to ensure that the trainee fully understands all the material! Overall, good stuff.
